The purpose of Title 1 is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education. Title 1 provides funds to improve achievement of the lowest-achieving students~those who are failing, or are most at risk of failing, to meet State academic adhievement standards.

• Interim/Report Cards
• Classroom Rank
• Lack of Reading Recovery Success
• IAT/RTI Reports
