Richard Ulam, Emily DuBois, and Darius Surgenavic were recognized today by the Columbiana County Educational Service Center as students who are “Heads Above the Rest”. These students have scored at least 31 on the ACT and have demonstrated academic excellence! Each of theses Clipper seniors should be congratulated on a job well done! They represented their school and community very well at this years recognition program.
