Congratulations Mrs. Mandy Moore on writing and receiving an $11,700.00 grant from the Columbiana Community Foundation. The grant will be used to purchase updated stage curtains, backdrop curtains, and window curtains for the All Purpose Room and Stage at Joshua Dixon Elementary.
