Colleen McNeal was honored by the Columbiana Chamber of Commerce as the 2019 Educator of the Year. Mrs. McNeal is in her 30th year of teaching in the Columbiana school district. She is always willing to work with a child, lead a team, solve a problem, facilitate a program, or simply help someone in need. Mrs. McNeal has been selected as Educator of the Year because she consistently puts others before herself and implements best practices with fidelity.
