A huge thank you to one of our local farmers for a very generous donation to assist with implementing an Outdoor Learning Center here at Dixon. Caleb Buchheit, earning his Eagle Scout Rank, working tirelessly to put together, design, and set-up the outdoor space. The Learning Center is complete with a green house, raised garden beds for each grade-level, a weather station, birdhouses and feeders, a monarch migration station, a compost center, along with benches, picnic tables, and new trees. Hopefully everyone got a chance at open house to peek at our new Outdoor Learning Center.
