Congratulations to Mrs. Amanda Moore!
We are thrilled to share that Mandy has been nominated for the Mahoning Valley Educator of the Year Honor! This award recognizes dedicated educators who prioritize student success without seeking the spotlight—those who make a difference behind the scenes every day.
Mandy will be honored at the Mahoning Valley Educator of the Year event on March 18, 2025. While we wish her the best of luck, simply being nominated is a testament to the positive impact she makes on our students and school community.
Congratulations, Mandy!

Important Bus Schedule Update:
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding with today’s stopped trains and crossing closures.
Starting tomorrow (HS/MS):
All high school and middle school students who ride Bus 3 in the afternoon will return to last week's schedule until further notice. These students will once again wait at the high school for the bus to come back through for pickup.
Students who were on Bus 22 last week, instead of Bus 3, will be back on Bus 22 tomorrow.
For elementary students:
The Bus 3 run will be similar to last week, but please be aware it may arrive slightly later than usual.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

There will be transportation disruptions this afternoon due to a stopped train. Please expect a delay for all buses as they reroute. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Congratulations to our nine CMS students selected to be a part of the OMEA District 8 Jr. High Honor Choir! They rehearsed on Saturday, January 25, and Saturday, February 1, with a final performance on Feb. 1st. Their guest conductor was Beth Polen, the Director of Choral Activities at the University of Mt. Union. Students include Haley Beach, Bryce Hoffman, Gracie McGinnis, Reagan Pittman, Mason Roth, Lyla Rouse, Stella Tofil, Mason Vogelberger, and Mikaela Wright.

Due to stopped trains: transportation for busses will be impacted. Bus 13 is late for the elementary pick up today, and other busses may also have difficulty running regular scheduled routes. Bus 12 will be replacing Bus 5 today due to mechanical failures. Please be patient and on the look out for your bus today. Thank you for your patience.

Due to a stopped train on Pittsburg street, there may be transportation disruptions. Bus 5 was redirected and will likely be late picking students up. Please be patient this morning with busses impacted. Thank you.
