Board of Education of Columbiana County, Ohio, on the 31st day of
January 2025 at 9:20 a.m. in the High School Media Center.

Pittsburgh street by the train tracks is currently closed due to an accident. Please be aware that you will need to redirect your routes according.

Athletic Update:
All wrestling matches scheduled for tonight have been canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday, February 5. Times are as follows: 5:00 (Youth), 5:30 (MS), 6;00 (HS). Thank you!

The Columbiana Exempted School District will be closed Tuesday, January 21st and Wednesday, January 22nd due to weather. Extracurricular events may be impacted. Announcements will be made tomorrow afternoon.

Dixon Transportation: I apologize for the late communication. Buses 3 and 4 are combined for routes this afternoon and until further notice. Therefore, they are runing about 20 mins late. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards a viable solution.

CHS Athletic Update:
Tonight's HOME JV/Varsity boys basketball game against Valley Christian is on, as scheduled. JV tips off at 5:30 with varsity to follow. Go Clippers!

CHS Athletic Reminder:
Clipper fans, please be reminded that the boys basketball game vs. Valley Christian at home, originally scheduled for tonight, will be played tomorrow night with the JV tipoff at 5:30PM. We hope to see you Saturday night for this EOAC matchup!

Clipper Transportation Update:
On Thursday, January 9, students riding buses may be arriving home slightly later than normal due to the railroad track closure at the Pittsburgh Street crossing (afternoon only, beginning at 1PM). Thank you!

Due to the timing of the weather and current road conditions today, the Columbiana Exempted Village School District will be closed. January 6, 2024

The Columbiana Boosters attended the December Clipper Board of Education Meeting and presented the home stands stadium project to the Columbiana School Board. Mr. Sean Zentner, past Booster President, and Mr. Pat Tofil, current Booster President, provided Mrs. Jeffries, Board President, a plaque with a resolution donating the work completed at Fisher Stadium by the Columbiana Boosters to the Columbiana Schools.

Dear Parents,
We kindly ask for your cooperation during preschool pickup/drop-off time to ensure the safety and smooth flow of traffic. Please refrain from parking in the fire lane or blocking the bus area, especially the first spot or two at the top of the lot and especially the fire lane. These spaces must remain clear at all times to allow emergency access and for the bus to pull in safely. Please use a regular parking space or remain on the street until the bus pulls in.
